Bad Poetry Day
I just can’t pass this one up. Every striving poet tries to write good poetry, but probably writes more bad than good.
Do you know how hard it is to write GOOD poetry? You produce BAD poetry maybe 95% of the time if you are a GOOD Poet!
Funny enough, it is even HARDER to write BAD poetry ON PURPOSE!
Summer
Cicadas scream on August air,
The hot breeze blows across my hair.
Hot summer days and miserable nights,
Humidity that isn’t slight.
Birds above join with a call,
My underarms offending all.
Well, it is supposed to be bad…
